I found this astonishing yet terrifying Youtube animated infographic that shows just one day’s plane flights around the globe. I think it’s a very powerful piece of work. As well as being a fascinating display of all the flights around the world on an average day, the overall effect is something akin to watching viruses move around a microscope slide.
